This sauce is my dad's recipe, but I slightly modified it by using boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
Cut the chicken up into small pieces, and place in an egg wash. Roll in flour and deep fry until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Sauce:
1 Bottle (6oz.) Crystal Hot Sauce
1/2 cup sugar
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup light Karo syrup
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. butter
Mix sugar and cornstarch together. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 2-3 minutes. Place chicken in 9x13 pan and coat with sauce. Bake at 350 for 15-20 min.

I substitute brown sugar and use dark karo, then do everything to taste.
